The PDF cannot be read
Remove passwords first using a tool you are authorized to use. For damaged files, save again from the original app or download a fresh copy. Renaming a file to .pdf does not change its format.
Page range errors
Page numbers start at 1. Stay within the document’s last page. For example, in a five-page document, “1-3, 5” selects pages 1, 2, 3 and 5.
The first number in a range must not exceed the last. These are physical page positions, starting with the cover, rather than printed page labels.
Slow or interrupted conversion
Try 150dpi instead of 300dpi or split the page range. On mobile, reduce other open apps/tabs and keep this tab active. Avoid submitting the same job repeatedly while queued. If cancellation cannot be confirmed, a server job may continue.
A download link disappeared
Results created only in your browser are not stored on the server. Save it before refreshing or closing the tab. The server’s 60-minute retention does not apply.
