How to check your result

Selected pages are extracted in original order. Entering 3,1 produces original page 1 followed by page 3; it does not reverse them.

What to check

  • Page positions start at 1 and include the cover. They can differ from printed page numbers.
  • Check whether you chose one PDF or individual PDFs in a ZIP, then compare the page count and contents.

PDF viewer page labels can differ from printed numbers. Select using the actual positions in the original file. [1]

How do I extract selected pages into one PDF?

Enter 1-3, 5 and choose one PDF to extract pages 1, 2, 3 and 5 into a single file. Page numbers count physical positions from the cover and may differ from the numbers printed in the document.

Can I split a PDF into individual pages or change their order?

Choose individual PDFs in a ZIP to create a PDF for each selected page. A range such as 3, 1 still follows the original document order. Use Organize PDF to reorder the result.

Are my files uploaded?

On-device mode is the default and processes files in your browser without uploading them. Server mode uploads files only after you read the notice and press the server action button. Check the tool for the limits and retention period before choosing that mode.
