Scope
This policy applies to Inspired Tools PDF by INSPIRED LAB. Browser and server conversion differ in where files are processed and retained. Korean and English are display languages; applicable law depends on the user and processing circumstances.
Information we process
Browser conversion reads the selected PDF and its name in device memory to create images and ZIP files without uploading the PDF. Pressing the server conversion button uploads the PDF. The server processes a random job ID, page selection, format, resolution, progress/error state and a hash of the access token. Original filenames and passwords are not stored in server job records. Connection information such as IP addresses is processed to deliver pages and APIs and used temporarily for request limiting. Selecting a file alone does not start a server upload.
Server uploads are sent in pieces of up to 20MiB and then assembled. An upload session records total size, received piece count, conversion options, a hash of the access token and expiry time. Sessions expire 30 minutes after creation. Resuming after a page refresh is not supported.
Images to PDF, merging, splitting and organizing read selected images or PDFs in a browser worker without sending them to the server. Closing the tab releases temporary inputs and results. Changing files or settings releases the previous result link. Downloaded results remain on your device.
PDF page previews and image thumbnails are generated on your device without uploading them. Preview data is released when files are replaced or removed, or when you leave the page. Changing processing options releases the result link but may retain previews of the current files.
Purposes and your choices
Information is processed to perform requested conversions and downloads, show job status, handle failures and limit excessive requests. Server uploading is disclosed in the interface and selected with a button. If you do not want to upload, use browser conversion within its supported limits or split the file. The server button is not blanket consent to advertising or third-party disclosure. Do not upload unnecessary identifiers, passwords, sensitive information or other people’s personal information.
Web performance measurements are used to assess and improve page speed and user experience.
External services and inquiries
This service uses the network services of Cloudflare, Inc. to deliver pages and APIs and protect connections. Connection information such as IP addresses and request URLs passes through Cloudflare, as do files you choose to upload for server conversion and result downloads. Browser-only files are not uploaded.
Cloudflare real user monitoring (RUM) processes web performance information such as page addresses, referrers and loading times to help assess service speed and user experience. Cloudflare states that RUM does not use cookies or browser storage. Data may be processed in another country depending on routing. See the Cloudflare privacy policy and RUM documentation for details.
Company email and official contact channels are covered by the company privacy policy.
Retention and deletion
Temporary browser image links are released when changing files, moving to the next batch or leaving the page. Downloaded files remain on your device until you delete them. Server originals are deleted when successful, failed or cancelled processing ends. Completed results can be accessed for 60 minutes; expired results and job records are removed on the next cleanup cycle, within one minute while the server is running. If the server is off, physical deletion resumes after startup. Interrupted jobs are recovered or orphaned uploads are cleaned after 60 minutes. Internal cancellation keys expire within 24 hours. Operational logs may contain job IDs and success or failure events. The public runtime rotates up to three 10MB log files per container; it does not apply a fixed time-based deletion period.
Cancelled upload pieces are deleted after any in-flight receive operation ends. If cancellation cannot reach the server, abandoned pieces are removed on the next one-minute cleanup cycle after the upload directory has been unchanged for 60 minutes. Cleanup resumes after the server restarts if it was stopped.
Access protection
Server jobs use hard-to-guess IDs and separate access tokens, and result links expire. Uploads are stored separately from source code. Workers have CPU, memory and time limits. Request logging is configured not to record job tokens, document contents or original filenames. These measures cannot guarantee that every incident or loss will be prevented.
Your rights and requests
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or other rights available under applicable law through the contact below. We may verify identity and the relevant processing to the extent necessary and explain any legal limits. The operator cannot access or delete a document held only in your browser; close the tab or delete saved files on your device. For server inquiries, initially provide only the job ID and approximate request time. Do not unnecessarily send an access token or the original document.

Changes
If processing, retention, service providers or advertising changes, we will explain the changes and effective date and take any necessary steps, including obtaining consent where required.
September 13, 2026 update: added Cloudflare delivery and RUM performance measurements and corrected the previous statement that analytics was not used. File conversion, retention and deletion rules remain unchanged.
