Privacy policy

This policy applies to Inspired Tools PDF by INSPIRED LAB. Browser and server conversion differ in where files are processed and retained. Korean and English are display languages; applicable law depends on the user and processing circumstances.

Browser-based tools read your selected files and filenames only on your device. Files and previews are not sent to the server.

Pressing a server action button in any PDF tool sends the selected PDF or JPG/PNG images and processing settings to the server. We process the tool, sizes, page selection/order/rotation, output and paper settings, numbering, watermark settings, job ID, progress/error status and access credentials. Document-information results contain the requested basic properties and page dimensions. Original filenames and passwords are not stored in server job records. Selecting files alone does not upload them.

Connection information, such as your IP address, is processed to provide the service and prevent excessive use. Information needed to limit requests is used temporarily.

Your message, optional email, selected tool, language, submission time, and consent status, time and notice shown are retained for up to 90 days to handle feedback, replies and consent verification, then deleted. Do not include document contents, passwords or sensitive information. Email is optional.

Private access link — save this link. Anyone with it can read or delete this feedback. Lost links cannot be recovered for anonymous submissions.

Information is processed to perform requested conversions and downloads, show job status, handle failures and limit excessive requests. Server uploading is disclosed in the interface and selected with a button. If you do not want to upload, use browser conversion within its supported limits or split the file. The server button is not blanket consent to advertising or third-party disclosure. Do not upload unnecessary identifiers, passwords, sensitive information or other people’s personal information.

Web performance measurements are used to assess and improve page speed and user experience.

This service uses the network services of Cloudflare, Inc. to provide the service and protect connections. Connection information such as IP addresses and visited page addresses passes through Cloudflare, as do files you choose to upload for server conversion and result downloads. Browser-only files are not uploaded.

Cloudflare service speed measurements processes web performance information such as page addresses, referrers and loading times to help assess service speed and user experience. Cloudflare states that this measurement service does not use cookies or browser storage. Data may be processed in another country depending on routing. Company email and official contact channels are covered by the company privacy policy.

PDF tutorial previews and playback use a YouTube (Google) player. Displaying the player may send your IP address, device details and site domain to YouTube, which also processes playback information when you play the video. Conversion files, filenames and job access credentials are not sent. YouTube may show its own ads and use cookies or device storage. See the Google Privacy Policy for details.

The current app does not publish uploaded documents or use them for advertising targeting, sale or AI training. Download credentials are not publicly listed. Anyone holding a valid download link can access that result until expiry, so share it carefully. Legally required requests are handled after checking authority and scope. Any new disclosure requires prior review of its basis and notice or consent requirements.

Temporary files and previews on your device are cleared when you change files or leave the page. Downloaded files remain on your device until you delete them.

Server originals are deleted when successful, failed or cancelled processing ends. Completed results are available to download for 60 minutes; results and job records are deleted within one minute after that. Temporary upload records are valid for 30 minutes after creation. Interrupted jobs are recovered for processing, or leftover temporary files are deleted within one minute after 60 minutes without changes. Cancelled uploads are deleted after any ongoing transfer finishes. Deletion may be delayed while the server is stopped and resumes after restart.

Cancellation records remain for up to 24 hours. Service operation records may include job IDs and completion or failure status. Older operation records are deleted when a set storage limit is reached, rather than after a fixed retention period.

The service currently has no accounts or payments and does not display ads in its own ad placements. On your first homepage visit, we refer to your browser language settings. A language you choose is stored in a cookie for up to one year. The cookie contains no file content or personal identifier. Deleting browser cookies resets your choice. Visiting a language-specific page displays that language.

Cloudflare states that its service speed measurements do not use cookies or browser storage.

To restore after refresh, only job IDs, private access information and timestamps are kept in this tab’s temporary storage. File contents and names are not saved. Hiding a job does not change server retention.

View the last five submitted server jobs in this tab. Return here after refreshing or visiting another tool to download before expiry. Recovery on another device or after closing the tab is not guaranteed. Browser results and interrupted uploads cannot be restored after refresh. Server cancellation can take time.

Before introducing Google AdSense, we will explain the providers, cookie use and personalized-ad choices and obtain consent where required. We do not currently request advertising consent or use files for advertising.

Access to server jobs and results is restricted, and download links expire. Access records are configured not to include file contents, original filenames or private access information. These measures cannot prevent every incident or loss.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or other rights available under applicable law through the contact below. We may verify identity and the relevant processing to the extent necessary and explain any legal limits. The operator cannot access or delete a document held only in your browser; close the tab or delete saved files on your device. For server inquiries, initially provide only the job ID and approximate request time. Do not unnecessarily send a private download link or the original document.

If processing, retention, service providers or advertising changes, we will explain the changes and effective date and take any necessary steps, including obtaining consent where required.

September 13, 2026 update: added Cloudflare delivery and service speed measurements and corrected the previous statement that analytics was not used. File conversion, retention and deletion rules remain unchanged.

September 21, 2026: added browser-language homepage selection, the language preference cookie and additional translations. Advertising remains disabled.

September 22, 2026: simplified technical wording. Information handling, retention and deletion rules are unchanged.

October 2, 2026: feedback submissions now retain consent status, time and the notice shown with the feedback. Existing records and retention and deletion periods are unchanged.
